“Io e mio marito ci siamo stati per il viaggio di nozze prenotando una camera normalissima; ci siamo trovati molto bene, il personale è molto cordiale, le camere non sono molte grandi ma confortevoli e mantenute sempre ben pulite. E' collocato in una bella zona, si può camminare per km di spiaggia corallina oppure prendere un autobus/taxi per spostarsi velocemente attraverso l'isola. L'ambiente è molto tranquillo, i clienti sono quasi solo coppie visto che non sono ammessi minori di 16 anni. La...

“Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. ”

“No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered...

“L'attenzione al cliente è sicuramente uno dei punti forti della struttura, che pure è ben curata e confortevole. Personale sempre sorridente e attento ad ogni minima necessità. Ottimo soggiorno. Forse un po' tranquillo...fuori dall'hotel non c'è nulla e ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere un po' di vita, ma nel complesso tutto bene. Camere ben pulite e ben arredate.”

“For what my wife and I were looking for, it was excellent. We wanted a good base to live out of and do our own thing. We rented a car and wanted a property that had good location, parking and a comfortable apartment style living arrangement which we got. My pool was an added lovely bonus and the staff were very accommodating/helpful. Our only complaint is that places like this where we have stayed elsewhere often provide some simple things to help with cooking etc. For example, salt and...

“The property was located in a transitional space surrounded by residential properties where there were barking dogs and construction underway. We were in unit 8 which was a bit of a hike especially when carrying a lot of items like groceries or beach gear. Overall the interior of the property itself was very clean and served our family nicely for our short stay on the island. One callout it would have been nice for a little additional seating for guests. ”

“We stayed at The Sandpiper from Tuesday to Monday and had a truly phenomenal time. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and peaceful — the perfect place to relax. What really stood out was the service: everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Any time we needed something, they were quick to help, and even if it wasn’t readily available, they found a way to assist. Overall, a wonderful stay and an excellent experience. We hope to return!”

“We had a fabulous time at The Coral Reef Club , from The amazing Food , Beautiful accommodation to a wonderful staff , the accommodate your every Wim , so attentive and pleasant. Every spot at the beach is great . Water sports included . I would ask for a meal plan we were unaware of it and it does save money , especially since there’s just one restaurant for whole Place . “first of all when I got there, they put me in one room and it was dirty so then they moved me and then I got a accused of being abusive and they told me that I was gonna be evicted and I wanted evidence were three days of my holiday, because my anxiety was all over the place my children I've got autistic children anxiety didn't know whether we had to leave or not upsetting him for the rest of my holiday, so on a whole terrible ”
